Avail of the sacraments, spiritual readings and spiritual direction. Rekindle your love for God, examine yourself in light of God’s love and truth, and consider the life of our Lord by placing yourself within the Gospel.
An opportunity to spend a couple of hours in prayer and conversation with God guided by meditation, spiritual reading, and an examination of consience before the Blessed Sacrament.

A Morning of Recollection is a time set aside each month to go deeper in conversation with God. This special prayer time consists of a guided meditation, spiritual reading and examination of conscience before the tabernacle. Everyone is encouraged to take advantage of a day of recollection in the parish and the opportunity for confession, adoration and Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. The morning of recollection organized by Larkspur is given by a priest of Opus Dei and its lay members.
If you are unable to make a Morning of Recollection, you may do so on your own each month through the resources available at the St. Josemaria Institute.
